Terms of Service & User Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the website, mobile applications, or APIs operated by ALL IN ALL SERVICES PVT LTD ("AllInAlls"), you enter into a legally binding contract with us. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately refrain from utilizing the platform.

AllInAlls is dedicated to maintaining the absolute sanctity of official documents:

• Audit-Only Verification: Our Digital Signature engine analyzes existing PKCS#7 / X.509 cryptographic signatures embedded within government PDFs (such as Tamil Nadu Revenue certificates or Digilocker records). We never manufacture, forge, or backdate signatures.
• Strict Anti-Forgery Prohibition: Users are explicitly prohibited from uploading counterfeit identity documents, altering dates on expired certificates, or attempting to bypass government verification seals. Any attempt to commit document fraud is a criminal offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Penal Code / Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and will be reported to statutory law enforcement authorities.

AllInAlls is a private technology provider enabling citizen access, document preparation, and assisted filing. We are not an official government department. Final approval, processing timelines, certificate issuance, and application rejections remain under the sole sovereign discretion of respective government authorities (e.g. Tahsildar, Passport Officer, Sub-Registrar, MCA Registrar, or TNPSC Commission).

Access to private workspaces and document downloads requires verified authentication:

• You are responsible for safeguarding your session tokens and receiving one-time passwords (OTP).
• All activities carried out under your authenticated account session are deemed to have been authorized by you.
• You agree to provide true, current, and accurate details when filing applications on behalf of yourself or family members.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts situated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising out of this agreement.
