Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all digital services, compute tool executions (including PDF Signature Verification, Compression, Word/Image conversion, and AI Image Editor), and application assistance provided by ALL IN ALL SERVICES PVT LTD ("AllInAlls", "we", "our", or "us"). We believe in strict billing honesty: if a technical disruption prevents you from receiving your processed output or verified document, you should never bear the cost.

For micro-transactions (such as ₹2 digital signature checks or ₹1–₹5 compression tasks):

• Automated Gateway Reconciliation: When an online payment is debited from your bank account but our workers fail to complete the cryptographic check or image cutout due to server timeout, our automated ledger marks the transaction as PENDING_REVERSAL.
• Guaranteed 48-Hour Turnaround: Reversal requests are dispatched directly to NPCI / Paytm Business / Razorpay rails within 24 to 48 business hours. The funds reflect back in your source UPI account or debit card statement.
• Instant Free Retry Without Double-Billing: If an execution is interrupted, our system issues a temporary Retry Token allowing you to re-process the exact document without being charged again.

For citizen facilitation applications involving sovereign government portals (e.g., Tamil Nadu e-Sevai revenue certificates, TNPSC application challans, MCA filings, Passport Seva Kendra, or Sub-Registrar encumbrance certificate stamp fees):

• Statutory Fees Remitted to Treasury: Government fees paid directly to treasury portals become the sovereign property of the respective department once the official treasury Challan / Acknowledgement Number is generated. In accordance with government financial rules, treasury fees cannot be refunded or cancelled once processed by the state.
• AllInAlls Platform Facilitation Fees: If an application is cancelled prior to being lodged on the state portal, 100% of our facilitation fee will be credited back to your AllInAlls wallet. If the application has already been submitted to the government officer, the platform fee covers completed processing work and is non-refundable.

For our on-demand browser tools (PDF Enterprise Studio & AI Image Editor):

• Completed Deliveries: Once a PDF is successfully verified, merged, or an image cutout exported to your device, the digital compute has been consumed and delivered, making the nominal ₹2 / token credit charge non-refundable.
• Unused Token Credit Packs: If you purchase a Token Credit Pack (e.g., 50 or 250 credits) and do not utilize any tokens, you may request a 100% refund within 7 calendar days of purchase by writing to billing support.
